Diana Devers – Environmental Program Manager for Patapsco Heritage Greenway, will be discussing common Patapsco Valley invasive plant species, how to identify these species, as well as, their history, how to properly remove them, and native plant options to help with invasive species protection.

Monthly GPCA Meetings

Until Further Notice IN PERSON Board and General Meetings are CANCELLED. GPCA has a ZOOM account and will announce details of how to join the online meetings by email.

Meeting Schedules

GPCA General Meetings – are held the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:00 PM NEW START TIME (no meeting July or August)

GPCA Board of Directors Meetings – are held the 3rd Monday of every month at 7:00 PM

These days are changed sometimes to accommodate major holidays.

An email notice with the meeting time and sign-on details will be sent before the meeting. This notice will include the agenda and presentations planned. Zoom information will be included: Date & Time; Zoom Meeting Link; ID number and Password.  

** GPCA welcomes everyone to the GPCA Zoom Chat Sessions. Please be sure all background noise and visual distractions are minimized. Setting your microphone to “mute” when not speaking is a best practice. Please respect our guest speaker and others when they have the floor. Thanks for your cooperation **

When We Return to In Person Meetings

All residents of the GPCA area are invited to attend our monthly meeting. These meetings are held the 2nd Monday (no meeting July or August) 7:30 PM in the  Granite Presbyterian Church, Lower Level – 10637 Old Court Road, Granite, MD 21163.

Meeting format is usually: A speaker on a topic of community interest, followed by a refreshment break, then the business meeting including time for topics from attendees.

NOTICE: Inclement weather meeting cancellation follows the Baltimore County Public School system. If the schools are closed for the day the meeting is cancelled.
